The National Congress of Black Women of Greater Cleveland has provided a space and place for me to grow as a leader in my home, my community and within my capacity as an elected official. My NCBW sisters have demonstrated they understand the necessity to support the whole woman in order for her to be effective. As a mom of 8, the many calls, the push and the support has given me the security I needed in order to lead in my community and my home. I am proud, empowered and whole thanks to NCBW-GCC. —Nichelle Daniels Youth Development Chair Testimonials

NCBW-GCC is an organization that is about ‘Empowered Women Empowering Women.’ I am pleased to be part of an organization that uplift, respect and encourage women through their journey. Giving back to the community is a big one for me, a passion I have and NCBW-GCC falls right in line with my vision.
